Jimmie Sealock lead in singing “Oh, Froendily.” Each group of officers then went iwith a leader arid learned how to better carry on their duties. The president and vice presidents met with Mrs. George Taylor, the secretaries with Mrs. Frank Cary and the song leaders with Mrs. Gentry. Rev. Norman Flythe instructed the devotional leaders and Mrs. Catherine Riley, the game leaders.
County medals and awards pres nted were: Food Preparation: Lelia Gentry and Betty Lou Rutherford tied for 1st place.. Betty received the county medal and Lelia won the Foley Food Chopper.
Shirley Ann Williams received County Medal in Room Improvement and Clothing Achievement medal was awarded to Katherine Carter.
Boys winning county medals ■were: Meat Animal, Newbill Miller and Dairy Achievement, Ranny Settle.
