CIRCUIT COURT IN SESSION
Three cases, set by the Circuit Court last week, were held Monday, Tuesday, and yesterday.
In the case «of the Commonwealth vs. Randus Finctiam, Fincham was found guilty of contempt of court and fined $20 and costs.
The case of the Commonwealth vs. Hugh Jenkins was postponed until March Court.
In the case of the Commonwealth vs. Mrs. Willene Truett, Mrs. Truett was found guilty of perjury and was fined $50 and costs. Attorney A. M. Hickman represented Mr3. Truett.
