After reading the Resolutions adopted at the Annual Convention of the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation at Richmond in November, I’m inclined to thank the dear Lord /that farmers of this organization are taking the stand they are in many instances. Whether you’ll agree or not I feel sure you will' find the resolutions on: National Economy, Inflation Control, Rural Schools, Highway Load Limits, Rural Telephone, Appropriations for Promoting Agriculture etc. very interesting and worth your while. I urge all farmers to read these resolutions and presume they are available through Mr. A. Gordon Willis, Culpeper.
The January issue of “County Agent and f- Vo-Agriculture Teacher” carries a very convincing article on the possibilities of Production-Line Pigs through battery raised pigs fed from 48 hours of age on a synthetic milk made possible by the use of terranycin.
