Clinics for vaccinating all Rappahannock Dogs will be Held as follows: Friday, January 25, Flint Hill, Wood Bros. Packing House. Tuesday, January 29, Amissville, Latham’s Ware House. Thursday, January 31, Washington, Downing Wood’s Packing House. Monday, February 4, Sperryville, Packing House. Thursday, February 6, Woodville, Henry Wood’s Store Building.
ALL CLINICS WILL BE HELD FROM 1 TO 4 IN THE AFTERNOON.
All dogs must be vaccinated at ~ one of the above clinics, the clinic can’t come to the dog. If you haven’t read the county ordinance pertaining to rabies vaccination get a copy of the Rappahannock News, (January 10 or 17 issues) and youf will find it under “Notice” on the last page of either issue.
It will be necessary that dog owners cooperate fully with these clinics as there are approximately 1700 dogs in the county to be vaccinated in a. total of fifteen hours. Members of the Rappahannock Hunt will assist at each clinic and with their help, the help of the owners; and the veterinarian can get the job done.

Taka youri dog to the clinic nearest you preferably in your magisterial district if possible. 4. Wear a pair of leather gloves. Most dogs will have been vaccinated before they realise it however many gentle dogs don’t like strangers.
It will be noticed that no clinic has been scheduled in Hawthorne district which we regret however this office with the help of the Health office has done the best they could. Clinics being underway in Fauquier and Warren counties have the veterinarians quite busy over and above their usual busy practice. The situation is serious, however not alarming, and all dogs should be vaccinated as soon as 'possible. 1 Should any reader have had his or her dog vaccinated last spring or summer in connection with the Flint Hill Clinic or privately it is
