Mrs. Archie Baily entertained Gid Brown H. D. group at her home Wednesday evening. The group discussed programs for another year and then each took part in the making of lamp shades.
Mrs. Milton Sisk was hostess to the F. T. Valley # 2 H. D. Club on Thursday afternoon. The group also planned a picnic for August. Their demonstration was on Suggestions for Sunday Everting Cold Plate.
Mrs. Frank Cary, Mrs. Lillard, and Mrs. Norman Flythe tied springs, padded and tacked on tapestry Friday at an upholstery meeting in Flnt Hill. The ladies were able to complete their chairs that day.
Rosa Bell Williams was selected as winner of the Huntjy Make and Remake 4-H group. Rosa Bell made a gathered skirt and blouse. The girls each had completed a dress and Carolyn Settle made an exceptionally well fitted dress. The 4-H leader for* the group is Mrs. Stanley Williams.
