A/3c William L. Ramey has completed thirty six weeks of school and is now a first class A.& E. Mechanic. He spent the weekend with his wife and mother in Front Royal on his way t* MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida, where he is now stationed. *

Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Bishop and son, Jimmy of Arlington and Mrs. Celia Ortez of Pureto Rico were Sunday guests of Mrs. Rosa Bishop. In the afternoon Mrs. Bishop with her guests motored over Skyline Drive.

Bruce Bowie, E. M. Jones, J. W. Fletcher and Lee Thornton left on last Wednesday for the Democratic convention in Roanoke and returned Thursday afternoon. Wade H. Massie Jr., who was also a delegate was unable to go because of the illness of his son, Jim. Mrs. Massie had not returned from Atlantic City.

Mrs. T. E. Kuykendall and daughter, Mrs. Miller, of Florida, were dinner guests Thursday of Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Miller.

Harold G. Brown, of Winchester, visited Mrs. Bartow Brown Saturday, enroute to Woodvilie to spend the week end with his mother, Mrs. James G. Brown.

Mr. and Mrs. W. Arthur Miller and daughter, Evelyn Tyler| and Robert Miller were dinner guests Saturday of Mrs. Will Keyser, Mrs. Henry Keyser and Joe Del. Keyser.

Mrs. R:i^- Fincham and son Edward spent some-time with Mr. and Mrs. Russell Racer in Richmond the past week, and also visited Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Fincham in Norfolk. Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Fincham and daughter, Wanda -Lou, spent the 'wedrrmt vrirlrMr: FfrtHiamV'moTRer" Mrs. Ray Fincham. Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Marshall and baby of South Boston, Mrs. Henry Lillard, Mrs. Joe Hawkins and daughter, Linda, were dinner guests Thursday of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Petty. Mrs. R. E. Baumgardner and daughter, Mary, and Earl Perryman, of Culpeper, were visitors in the Petty home Sunday evening.

Miss Marjorie Snead, Miss Lizzie Snead, and Mrs. Daisy Whitaker, of Washington, D.C., were Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. Frank Wood and Miss Mary Miller Wood. Miss Irene Keyser ’ was a dinner guest of Mr. and Mrs. Downing
