“Togetherness” has found a place in the vocabularies of people around the globe, but perhaps, in no other land does it have a more literal meaning than here in the United States. Our country has been called a “Nation of Nations” aad on Christmas Eve thousands from all of the countries of the world, dressed in the costumes native to the countries from which their parents came.a generation or generations ago, will lift their voices together in the traditional Christmas Carol.
There will be a "Togetherness” of all the peoples of the world as * they lift their voices together in the message of the Angels of Goodwill
and Peace to all men.
Here in Washington, Virginia, the “First Washington of All," “The Old Free Church” was the scene many years ago, of much togetherness among the people of the community.
