Questionnaires Out
Beneficiaries of Veterans Administration pensions will receive with the December 1960 checks the annual income questionnaire with instructions as to their reparation. I understand that Virginia beneficiaries whose files are in Washington received their forms with the November checks.
As usual, the completed reports should be returned to the VA with in a month, not later than January 31, 1961, so as to avoid discontinuance of the checks. As in the past, also, the questionnaire will be in the form of a 'punched card to be
