WQQD H. A. FOSTER A. H. BUCKNERs Upon the motion of H. B. Wood, duly seconded by H. A. Foster, the following resolution was unanimously adopted by the Board of Supervisors this 5th day of April 1961. RESOLUTION— oe it resolved by the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia: Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person to own a dog four months old or over in the county unless such a dog is licensed, as hereinafter required. Dog license shall run by the calendar year, namely from January first to December thirty-first, inclusive, and the license tax shall be payable at the office of the Treasurer of Rappahannock County and shall be as follows: Male —For a male dog.
