guna. its owner shall ipay a fine of not leas than two dollars and fifty cents for the first offense and five dollars for each offense thereafter, and, if it is a kenned dog, the license may be revoked if the law appears to the trial court to have been violated by reason of carelessness or negligence bn the part of the owner, who shall thereupon be retired to secure individual license on each dog. Any person who presents a false claim or receives any money on a false cHaun the provisions of Section 29-202 of the 1960 Code of Virginia shall be fined not exceeding one hundred dollars, or imprisoned in jail not exceeding three months, or both. Any other violation of this ordinaee for which specific penalty is not provided, shall be a misdemeanor.
And K is further ordered that the said resolution be published in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, and having general circulation therein, and as required by law, and it is farther ordered that notice be published in said newspaper, once a" week for two (2) successive weeks. That date and place for the public hearing on the proposed resolution is set for Wednesday, June Tth, 1961, at 9:00 O’clock, (Eastern Standard Time) A. M. at the Court House of said county, at Washington, Virginia. And the Clerk of this Board is directed to .give notice of the proposed resolution in the Rappahannock News for two (2) weeks prior to such public hearing, setting forth the date, tune, place and purpose of said hearing.
