Omar Hopkins
Graveside services were held at Sperryville Cemetery January 31, 1963 for Omar Hopkins, 81, native and former resident of Sperryville who died in a Harrisonburg hospital on January 29th. Mr. Hopkins, son of the late John and Ella Hopkins had been making his home in Harrisonburg. He is survived by a son Franklin Hopkins and a daughter Mrs. Joseph Waff of Shenandoah Also a brother Oakleigh Hopkins and two sisters the Misses Annie and Mabel Hopkins all of Washington D. C. The funeral service was conducted by the Rev. James B. Grimmer.
