Mr. and Mrs. Cletus Clarke of Sperryville are the parents of a daughter, Martha Stacy, born February 1, 1963 at University of Virginia Hospital. Mrs. Delia Leake of Sperry, ville is the maternal grandmother of the baby. Mr. and Mrs. Rosser Clarke, Washington are the paternal grandparents.
