The seniors are beginning to feel like seniors. They have ordered their calling cards, chosen their invitations and even discussed their caps and gowns. It is unbelievable that one half of the year has already passed.
The basketball game Friday night should prove one of the most interesting and exciting of the season. The Panthers and Pantherettes will play the alumni in the RCHS gym. May the best teams win... RCHS’s Sweetheart will be : crowned at the Valentine's I party to be held at the high 1 school on Friday, February I 15th. The S. C. A. sponsors ! this annual event and candidates for the title are Susan Schaefer, Brenda Nalls, Nancy Jenkins and Sally Latham.
Report cards were distributed Tuesday. They contained the six week grades as well as exam and semester grades. We were given another unexpected holiday Monday because of icy road conditions i preventing bus travel in many areas. Couldn’t enjoy the vacation for thinking about having to make up the ; day along with the four others already missed.
