Notice To The Public

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Sections 29125, 29-126 *nd 29-127 of the Code of Virginia, the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries on May 3, 1963 amended and/or adopted the following Regulations;

1. DEER SEASON AND BAG LIMITS: The season for hunting deer shall begin the third Monday In November and run through January 5, statewide, with the following exceptions:

(a) In the counties west of . the Blue Ridge Mountains, and In Amherst west of U.S. Route 29, Bedford^ Campbell, Franklin, Henry, Nelson westof Route 151, Patrick and Pittsylvania deer may be hunted from the third Monday In November for six consecutive hunting days « only. ’

(b) It shall be unlawful to hunt deer at any time in the Counties of Arlington, Buchanan, Fairfax In that section closed to all hunting, and Northampton. » (c) It .shall be unlawful to hunt deer with dogs In the counties of Amherst west of U. S. Route 29, Bedford, Franklin, Henry, Loudoun, Nelson west of Route 151, and Patrick.

BAG LIMITS; The lawful bag limit for deer shall be one buck ' a license year, statewide, with the following exceptions:
