At a meeting of the Culpeper Board of supervisors last week Mr. Davis said Culpeper would lose land to Rappahannock and Madison would lose land to both Culpeper and Rappahannock, He estimated that the acres reclaimed woyki produce between 4 and 7 thousand dollars in additional tax revenue annually for Rappahannock, assuming the land is worth $100 per acre.
Bartenstein Associates of Warrenton have made a preliminary survey which indicates that the Rappahannock-Culpeper line has been moved from a half to three quarters of a mile.
