Reams, commonwealth’s attorney of Culpeper and Basil C. Burke, Jr. Madison’s Commonwealth Attorney, accepted service of an order and petition filed Tuesday, May 7 by Mr. Davis. The Circuit Court of Rappahannock County has appointed a three-man commission to employ a surveyor and meet with commissioners from the other two counties, to determine the true boundaries. The commissioners from Rappahannock are Gen. Daniel Noce of Laurel Mills, an Army engineer; C. E. Johnson, Jr., of Sperryville, who holds a degree in engineering from V. M.
