person designed her rug on burlap and learned how to cut strips and hooked wool into the rug. A follow up meeting will be held to continue work on the rugs. Twelve persons attended the Braided Rug Schools on Thursday. They were instructed in materials and color plans for braid together. A follow-up meeting will be held for braid ed rugs also. I refer you to another article in this weeks paper for dates and time. Coming up this week are the first meetings of the two sewing schools at Amissville. The Basic Sewing School met on Monday night and the Beginner Sewing School on Wednesday, the 11th. The Castleton Home Demonstration Club met on this Tues. day with Mrs. Daniel Noce.
