V.P.I. It is most important that parents, leaders, and 4-H members understand that this age change will occur January l. Older members should be encouraged to plan their participation in various phases of the 4-H program. This will enable senior members to make maximum use of their educational opportunities in 4-H. For example, 1964 may be the last year for some club members to participate in project demonstrations, judging and achievement record programs.
