Rufus M. Dodson
Rufus Manuel Dodson of Culpeper died Sunday, March 8, 1964 at his residence. Son of the late Joseph Dodson and Betty Burk, his wife, and a native of Rappahannock County he was 72. He is survived by one daughter, Miss Janie Dodson of Baltimore, Md., two sons, Joseph M. Dodson of Towson, Md., and George B. Dodson of Culpeper, two sisters, Mrs.Pearl Tanner of Novum, and Mrs. Linsey Hosse of N o v u m, and two brothers, Aubrey Dodson of Towson, Md., and Addle Dodson of Culpeper. Graveside services were held Tuesday in the family section of the Novum Baptist Cemetery, Novum, the Rev. Dott Bryan officiating.
