ond crash occurred. A ’62 dump truck loaded with asphalt was proceeding west on Route 211 and as it rounded the curve on the hill top came upon the slow moving traffic at the McSpadden accident. The driver, Theodore Horace Fields of Midland^ applied his brakes to slow down but the brakes failed, he told Trooper Dicks. He cut the truck to the left lane in an attempt to get it under control and miss the slow traffic, but was unable to do so.
