Dicks. Davis was driving a 1956 Ford pickup going north on Route. 522 near the intersection of Route 641 a mile south of Flint Hill. when he ran off the left of the highway. He careened back across the road and ran down a slight embankment on the right of the road, tearing down part of a fence.The vehicle struck an advertising sign which was mounted in concrete and turned over an undetermined number of times before coming to rest on its top, said Trooper Dicks.
