/zb her guests for the weekend Mrs. Edward Payne, Charles Overlinder and Miss Shirley Brown of Arlington. Mrs. Brown has her grandchildren Jane and Vickie White also of Arlington as her guests this week. Miss Janice Dodson and Mrs. Catherine Brown spent Saturday in Winchester and visited Mrs. Brown’s son, Bennie Brown and family. Mr. and Mrs. M. W. Brown had as their weekend guests their son and daughter-inlaw, Mr. and -Mrs. Maury Brown, Jr., and son Michael, Robin and John B. Jones, 3rd of Hampton. Michael remained for a weeks visit. Dr. Robert Daily of Marion, Ind. was guest last week of Mrs. J. Harvey Daily. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Durden and family and Dr. and Mrs. Daily spent two days last week at Fairview Beach. On Sunday Mrs. Dally and their granddaughter, Miss Gloria Durden attended services in Luray. Eld. W. T. Dally is serving this congregation and on Sunday there were five additions to the church.
Chester Gap
Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Williams were business visitors in Winchester last Monday. On Tuesday they went to Fort Belvoir to visit their son Jejry who was a patient in the hospital there. Jerry has been discharged from the hospital and spent the week-end with his parents. Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Williams last Wednesday were their daughter Mrs. Thomas Leake and her daughter Terry of Sperryville.
Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Smith attended the Potomac Park Camp Meeting at Falling Waters, W. Va. on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Hubie Gilkey, Bert, Kim and Kelly spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Cameron and family at Herndon. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Williams and Lisa, Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Williams, Stan and Mike of Front Royal visited Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Williams Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Granville Fox, Jr. were Sunday afternoon visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Fox.
