Chester Gap Revival
Revival services will begin Sunday August 2 at the Chester Gap Baptist Mission and continue each evening through Friday, August 7 at 7;30 p.m. ""Rev. Jack Coker, Pastor of Good Hope Baptist Church at Radiant, Virginia will be the Guest Evangelist. Rev. Coker is well known throughout Shiloh Baptist Association and our state for his dedicated ministry as a pastor and evangelist. His messages of soulwinning salvation, and Christian dedication to service will be heartwarming and refreshing food for the soul of each one attending. We feel fortunate in having him lead us in this season of special services. The services will be feature singspirations, special music and the evangelistic sermon each evening. A urgent invitation and warm welcome is extended to everyone in the community and area to share in the opportunities of this special witness of the mission.

Bible School Scheduled
At WiUU Chapel
The Willis Chapel Methodist Church at Huntly, Virginia will conduct a Vacation Bible School, August 3, 1964 through August 7* 1964, Monday through Friday. Bible School will begin each morning at 9:30 a. m. and continue until 11:30 a. m. All children and young persons in that area are invited to attend Bible School.
Scout Troop No. 68 At Camp Rock Enon
Seventeen members of Troop # 64 of Washington, Boy Scouts of America, assembled at 11 a. m. Sunday morning for the trip to Camp Rock Enon at Gore for a week’s camping program. They were accompanied by Scoutmaster T. C. Lea who will be assisted by Eagle Scout Page Moffett in the week's activities.
Arts and Crafts
Meeting August 11
The County Arts and Crafts Committee will hold its August meeting on Tuesday, the 11th at Cab Inn at 10:00 a.m. Information concerning a market outlet for local crafts will be one of their topics for discussion. Persons who are interested in selling their crafts should contact the Arts and Crafts Committee before the meeting. The members of the committee are : Mrs. T. J. Pillar, Chairman; Mrs. L. J. Kilby, Mrs. Earl Kilby, Mrs.James Bowey, Mrs. James M. Settle* Mrs. Emmett Thompson and Mrs. Wiley Gentry.
