HER MOMMY SEWS A FINE SEAM—This two-piece outfit made by Mrs. James Perenchio of Harvard, 111., for her six-year old daughter, Gina (above), was judged “best of show” in the all-cotton sewing contest sponsored by the National Grange and the National Cotton Council. The full-skirted party dress and its matching coverup were made from coordinated polished cottons. Mrs. Perenchio won an expense-paid trip for two to Bermuda and a sewing machine. The wife of a dairy farmer, she is the mother of seven children.
