C. J. Ireland left today for Kansas City, Mo., where he will visit his sister, Mrs. Norene Loomis. He will also go to Alvia, Iowa, to the state Field Trials and Bench Show of the Foxhound Association .
About 50 attended the Northern Virginia Foxhunter’s Association meeting at the Culpeper National Bank and the hunt held last Friday night on the C. J. Ireland farm.
Mrs. Jack Petty and throe children of Front Royal were Saturday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lillard. On Wednesday Mr. and Mrs. Henry Liilard of Rapidan were visitors at the Harry Lillards.
Howard Ward entered McGuire Veterans Hospital in Richmond last Tuesday for a check-up and is expected home this week-end.
James Butler entered Culpeper Memorial Hospital last Tuesday.
Week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Burke were Mr. and Mrs. ,4, S’ Sipith, aon Craig and daughter Sandra of Savannah, Ga., and a friend Kirk Ostendors of Greenville, S.C. The Smiths who worked with Mrs. Burke many years ago in Washington, D.C., were enroute home after visiting Mr. Smith’s sister in Arlington.

Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Settle of Amlssville are the parents of a son, James Patrick, born Monday, August 10, 1964 in Culpeper Memorial Hospital. Grandparents of the infant are Mrs. Frank Walter, Amissville and Mrs. O. T. Deal of Castleton.
