Mrs. James B. Grimmer of Flint Hill, Virginia has been named Rappahannock County! Christmas Seal Chairman by Joe McDaniel, president of the Tuberculosis and Health Association of Northern Virginia. He said that as a well known community leader and active in many fields, she brings to the Tuberculosis Association much experience in personal assistance and volunteer organization for the Christmas Seal Campaign which officially opens November 16th.
