The Juniors were very busy last Tuesday, taking Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Tests. The main reason for this test is to have information to guide the student in developing plans for college. The results of the P.S.A.T. will give a pretty good indication of how well a student will do on his “College Boards. Students at R.C.H.S. hope to find out how much $1,000 really is. That amount has been set as a goal for the annual magazine campai g n. The money they receive from the drive is the only total student body money making project of the year. The students are working hard. Patrons please help. Congratulations, to all honor roll students. mind to have done unto you. j JohnSon-Humphrey were victorious, with 151 votes, at a “mock” Presidential Election. Patrick Alther made a speech for the Democrats, and Leslie Hayes spoke for G.O.P. The election was sponsored by the S.C.A. Each of the twelve schools in the Shenandoah District had similar; elections. Mrs. H. B. Wood and Miss • Zinn attended the V. E. A. Meeting held in Richmond, Wednesday through Friday. Even though both of them were missed, by the students, that extra study hall made less homework. The last Friday of each month has been set as “Senior Dress Up Day”. Ties, high heels and aching feet!!!!!
