The Rappahannock Lions Llub held its regular supper meeting Wednesday night at Hampton Inn, with Lion Presiient Harry Lee Smith presiding. The Club was extremey happy to welcome two local quests, Sears Raymond and ilwood Welsh.
Out of town guests were Lions Eddie Ferlazzo, Pop VlacElroy, Joe Thompson, Larson Taylor, Waller Jones and International Director Ferd Plitt.
Lion Plitt gave a short address on Lionism and was followed by Lion Ferlazzo who gave us a very comprehensive account on what it means to be a member of the world's largest service organization. The results of the past apple sales were in and it was de:ermined that one hundred :wenty five dollars was netted. Fruit cake sales were discussed and it was learned that :he tempo of sales was on the rise. Sales Chairman Jim Bill
