Hunters Thank Public
The officers and members of the Virginia Fox Hunters Association wish to express , publicly their deep appreciat- , ion for the wonderful hos - pitality and excellent service extended them during their recent Field Trials and Bench Show. Motel and hotel operators, restaurateurs, merchants, law enforcement officers, game wardens, the Chamber of Commerce, Retail Merchants Association, and press and radio stations of Culpeper and other Virginia counties truly spread the red carpet of welcome. Especially are we grateful to the landowners in the hunt area; particularly Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Spilman, Alphaeus and Ray Cannon and the Bruces on whose property hounds were cast, as well as M. M. Mitchell," 'Byrd'"Leavell; fRa$ Frazier and so many others too numerous to list here. Also we would like to thank those who called, caught or brought to headquarters the lost hounds. People from Virginia and six other states will long remember our 1964 Trials and Show as one of the best, if not the best, ever attended. Your attitudes and actions were major contributions to this feeling.
