Rev. Charles F. Glaenzer was the guest speaker Wednesday at a Lenten luncheon meet ing at Grace Episcopal Church in Berryville. Mrs. Glaenzer was also a guest at the luncheon. .
Mrs. Thomas M. Rees returned home Saturday from Culpeper Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient since Feb. 24. She is reported to be recovering satisfactorily from injuries received from a fall on that date. Mr. and Mrs. H. Magruder Keyser and sons Scott and Joe of Fairfax were Saturday overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. Henry M. Keyser. Watt Tobin of Front Royal was a Saturday afternoon call**etiof E. B. Carv. Mr. and MrR Jr. and daughter, Miss Grace Ann Keyser of Williamsburg attended the Point-to-Point races on Saturday. That evening they attended the District Basketball Tournament in Charlottesville. Miss Kay Johnston of Madison College spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. Morgan Johnston and had as guests her roommate Miss Betty Wood of Alexandria and Miss Joan Pepperton of Richmond. Dr. and Mrs. J. W. Clark of Martinsville and Dr. and Mrs. John Adams of Washington, D. C. were Sunday callers of Mrs. Matilda Walker. Mr6. Walker is confined to her home with a severe burn on her foo^ Miss Annie Cooksey was a guest on Sunday of Mrs. Ethel Cooksey in Amissville.
