THE RAPPAHANNOCK

METHODIST CHARGE

James B. Grimmer, Minister Sunday, March 14

vides that when a pensioner refuses to return his question naire, the VA will declare an overpayment tor the preceding year and will institute action to recover that year’s pension.

Prompt action by those who have not returned their income cards is required if the pensioner expects to avoid paying back all of last year’s pension, and if still eligible, to get back on the pension list. The VA is going to help these delinquents the latter part of March by sending out a second income card.

Edward M. Mathews, of the Front Royal Office of the Division of War Veterans’ Claims, is in Washington at the Clerk’s Office on 1st and 3rd Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and will gladly give more details on this subject or any other matter connected with veteran’s affairs.
