Willis, the Ewin vehicle, a 59 Ford sedan operated by Mr, Ewin, and a 64 Ford pickup owned and operated by Marshall Dodson of Woodville met on the crest of a hill and collided. Both drivers were charged. Sunday, May 23, on Route 211 three miles west of Amissville, a 1957 Ford hardtop owned and operated by William Aaron Wise of Culpeper overturned. Wise lost control of his car, ran off the right of the road, careened back across to the left of the road and overturned down an embankment, according to Trooper Willis. Wise was not injured and damage was estimated at $450. Two single-vehicle crashes occurred Saturday, May 22. At 3:40 p.m., Miss Carroll Williams of Washington, Va. operating a 64 Plymouth overturned on Route 626 a half mile east of Washington. She attempted to avoid another vehicle which she met on a curve, struck, the bank and overturned, according to Trooper Willis. She was not injured. The same day at 5:10 p.m. on Route 211 three miles east of Washington at Massies Corner, a 64 Corvair overturned. George Edward Marcum of Oceana, w. Va., the operator, lost control of the vehicle when it skidded on wet pavement on a curve, said Trooper Willis. The driver
