Defendants

The object of thia auit is to quiet the title of Ada James Huff, com plainant, in the above mentioned Bill of Complaint to a certain tract 01 parcel of land in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, lying four miles west oi Washington, Virginia, on State Route No. 622 in Gid Brown Hollow, containing 118 acres, more or less, saic land having been obtained by th< complainants, Ada James Huff, from her father, James A. Racer, by will, and from her brother, Richard W Racer, et ui, by deed, hnd from her husband, Henry M. Huff, as his sole heir at law. An affidavit having been made and filed that there may be persons interested in the subject matter of the suit whose names are unknown and making them parties defendant by the general description of “parties unknown”.

It is ordered that the said persona made defendant by the general de, scription of "unknown heirs, devisees, and successors in title or unknown parties" do appear within ten days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock County. Virginia; that a copy be posted at the front door of this Court House of said Rappahannock County, Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
