The object of this suit is to obtain a final divorce (a vinculo matrimonii) on the grounds that the parties hereto have been separated and living apart without cohabitation and without interruption, for a period of more than two years.
An nffidavit having been made and tiled that the defendant I). Harold Edmonds, is not a resident of the State of Virginia. It is ordered that he appear here after ten (10) days and do .what is necessary to protect his interest in this cause.
