NOTICE The Northern Virginia Shooting Facility, Inc.

Fairfax, Virginia has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 2, Section 2-2-31 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia.

The above named applicant desires approval to utilize suitable portions of a 121 acre parcel of land for a. shotgun and rifle range. The parcel for which approval is requested is located off Route 633 in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, as de-scirbed in Deed Book 91, page 308-310.

A hearing has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on October 1, 1968 in the County Courthouse at Washington, Virginia.

The applicant and other interested parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at thnt time.
