Bennett who has been visiting his grandparents returned home with them Sunday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Thornhill entertained at a “Going Away” dinner Sunday honoring Mrs. Thornhill’s brother and sister-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Burke who will leave the last of this month to make their home in Annandale. Mr. 3urke will be employed by the G. C. Murphy Co. at their new store there. Attending the dinner were Mr. and Mrs. I. J. Knight and daughter Kathy, of Baltimore, Maurice Butler of Arlington, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Butler and family, Mr. and Mrs. Brew Burke and daughter Peggy, Mr. and Mrs. Ashby Thornhill and family, Mrs. Ollie Butler, J. B. Burke and Linwood Smith.
