Mrs. Ruth J. Keyser

Mrs. Joel L. Jenkins with Mrs. Floyd Brown of Front Royal were weekend guests of their brother-in-law and sister Mr. and Mrs. Russell Turner in Arlington.

Mr. and Mrs. Paul Miller spent the week-end with their son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Carl Howell in Madison Heights.

Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Kidwell returned last Wednesday from a two weeks plane trip to the west coast with visits to points of interest enroute.

The W.S.C.S. met Thursday evening at the home of Mrs. Carson Lillard. Mrs. Lillard and Mrs. Edward E. Clark conducted a program on “Prayer”. Others present were Mrs. Edward E. Pruitt, Mrs. L. B. Burford, Mrs. Ida Trump, Mrs. W. A. Gentry, Mrs. G. W. Smith, -Ir. and Mrs. Paul Miller.

Mrs. F. W. Spalding and Mrs. T. C. Lea spent the weekend at the river home of Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Lea, Jr. near Weir’s Cave.

William E. Pullen of Flint Hill and Richmond and his son John Pullen of Richmond left Wednesday by plane to spend three weeks in England.

Miss Virginia Yates Bradford of Mary Washington College spent the weekend at her home.

Dabney Hughes Eastham was the weekend guest of his grandmother Mrs. E. M. Eastham. Phil Eastham and sons of Hume were Sunday visitors.

Mrs. Ida Trump left Monday to spend the few days with her son and daughter-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Blois Trump and family in Alexandria and will attend a family gathering at the summer home of Mr. and Mrs. George Candy at Beverly Beach, Md.
