All the following described tract or parcel of land, together with al! buildings and improvements thereto and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, situated, lying and being in the Town of Washington, Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and bounded and described according to a plat and survey of S. M. Boyd, Jr., Certified Land Surveyor, dated January 9, 1964, and recorded January 14, 1964, in Deed Book 80, Page 631, of the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and therein described by metes and bounds as containing 12,395 square feet.

And being the same and identical real estate which was conveyed to Wayne A. Sophia and Georgia W. 8o* phia, husband and wife, by T. Carlyle Lea, Jr., et ux, et al, by Deed dated 20 September. 1968 and found of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 93, Page 28. Specific reference to all of which being here made for a more complete description of the property hereby con* veyed.

The above property will be sold subject to real estate taxes for the years 1968 and 1969.
