Elmer M. Partlow
Elmer Major Partlow, 80, of Route 1, Front Royal, died May 24, 1970 in Arlington County Hospital.
He was bom in Washington, Vs., a son of the late John Milton and Jane Fogg Partlow. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Front Royal.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 4 o’clock in Maddox Funeral Home, Front Royal, conducted by the Rev. John P. Oliver, Jr. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mattie H. Partlow of Front Royal; three sons, Carol E. Partlow, Winchester, Edgar R. Partlow, South Beloit, 111., and John M. Partlow, Arlington; one daughter, Mrs. Anna P. Baldwin, Front Royal; one sister, Mrs. Cora P. Lillard of Arlington; 10 grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
