Bridge Group Meet* With Mr*. Smith
Mb. G. W. Smith, Jr. was hostess to the Washington Bridge Club Thursday evening at her home in Flint Hill. Her guests were Mrs. G. W. Davis, Jr., Mrs. C. B. Palmer, Mrs. W. F. Moffett, Jr.-, Mrs. R. V. Snead, Mrs. E. M. Jones, Mrs. H. M. Keyser, Mrs. T. C. Lea, Mrs. Harry Lee Smith, Mrs. F. W. Spalding, Mrs. W. H. MasBie, Jr., Mrs. L. J. Turner and Mrs. Harold Scoggin. Prizes were won by Mrs. Davis, Mrs. Keyser, Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Palmer.

Mrs. Minnie Williams of Chester Gap and Mr. Eddie Goranson of Alexandria were married on Friday, May 22 at 5:30 at the Chester Gap Baptist Church. The Rev. Roy Mathena performed the ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. William Hershey and son Gary of Bristol, Penna. were overnight guests Wednesday of Mr. and Mrs. Charles C. Burke on Blue Ridge Avenue. The Burkes and their guests were visitors from Thursday, until Saturday ot Mr. arid Mrs. 'John Metzger and family at Lorton.
