Charlea Dudley Wood and daughter, Mary Pinckney of Frederickaburg, Mr. Wood’a brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mra. Charles Wood of Blacksburg, his brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mra. Oliver Smith of North Garden, Mrs. Wood’s sister, Mra. Richard Gay and mother, Mra. H. R. Dunn of Newport News, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Thompson of Front Royal and Mrs. G. W. Smith, Jr. Mrs. Dunn will remain for the summer months with the Woods. Miss Sandra Foster is expected to return to the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Foster Friday from Longwood College. Miss Foster will be employed for the summer months at the office of V.P.I. Cooperative Extension in Washington, Va.
Mrs. Ronnie Dunn and Mrs. Robert Corbin of Washington, D.C. were Monday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Foster. Mrs. Irving Corbin of Hartwood was a Monday visitor of her parents, the Herbert Fosters.
Week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Roland Welch at “Mountain View” were Mr. and Mrs. Roger Welch of Richmond and Philadelphia.
