Mrs. Emily N. Davis
Mrs. Emily Norman Davis of Warrenton died at her home ,*H9eptember 21, 1970. She is survived by her husband, Dr. George H. Davis of Warrenton.
Also surviving are four sons, George -H. Davis jr. of Washington, Va., Thomas W. Davis of Warrenton, James Blackwell Davis, Charles Town, W. Va., and John W. Davis of Alexandria; a daughter, Mrs. Drucilla D. Austin of Warrenton; 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. A funeral service was held Tuesday at St. James Episcopal Church, Wanrenton at 2 p.m. and interment was in the Warrenton Cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. John R*. Eubank, Mrs: Herndon Hudson and three children Mary, Mike and Sandra went to the National Zoo in Washington, D. C. on Sunday. Accompanying them were Mrs. Joe Hutchison and Mr. and Mrs. Stewart McClanahan of Herndon.
Mr. and Mrs. Willie Payne with Mr. and Mrs. I. W. Waddell of Haymarket and Mrs. Mattie Fincham of Front Royal spent last week at Parris Island, S. C. where they attended the Final Review after completion of the basic training of Pvt. Russell M. Racer at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot.
Sunday supper guests of Mrs. B. M. Miller were Mrs. W. C. Campbell, Mrs. Bertie Lib Moffett, Mrs. W. H. Massie, Jr. and Mrs. W. M. Fletcher.
J. Stant Weaver spent last week at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Penaranda in Falls Church while recuperating from a virus infection. John Weaver of Washington, D. C. joined his family in Falls Church on Sunday.
Dr. Hill M. Walker of the U. of Oregon, Eugene, Oregon, is attending an International Conference in Dublin, Ireland Dr. Walker is the son of Mrs Matilda Walker.
