Arts & Craft Group Invites Members
The Arts and Craft Group of Rappahannock will meet Tuesday, November 24 at Cab Inn, Sperryville. Work will continue on block printing of Christmas cards. Anyone who wishes to attend and bring a craft interest on which they are working is extended a cordial invitation. The aims of the craft group is to create interest in crafts, to exchange ideas on crafts . and to bring people together with common interests and promote fellowship.
Life Memberships In W.SC.S. Awarded
Two members of the Womans Society of Christian Service of the Flint Hill United Methodist Church have received life Membership in this organization. Mrs. Paul Miller and Mrs. W. A. Gentry were presented gold pins and certificates designating this at the meeting held Monday evening at the home of Mrs. Eva L. Smith.
Eleven members of the Flint Hill group were present for the meeting which also included a business discussion and mission study group.
