He is survived by a son, John Ronald Jenkins of Woodville; two brothers, James Ludd Jenkins of Centreville and Jesse James Jenkins, Jr. of Manassas; and four sisters, Mrs. Otis Backe of Culpeper, Mrs. Margaret Nichols of Warrenton, Mrs. Flossie Martin of Alexandria and Mrs. Jerry Jenkins of Woodville.
Pallbearers were George Jenkins, John W. Jenkins, Jim Fincham, Earl Wharton, Edward Leake, Willie Jenkins and Wilson Burke.

The Rev. Thomas Proctor of Front Royal and pastor of Bethel Baptist Church, Amissville, died Monday, November 17, 1970 at Warren Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. Other arrangements and family details were not completed at press time.
