Mrs. Jenny Armentrout
Mrs. Virginia (Jenny) Ada Armentrout, 88, of Hagerstown, Md. died November 8, 1970 at the Martin Manor Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. She was the widow of John H. Armentrout.
Bom in Luray, Va. she was the daughter of Joseph Thomas and Sarah Margaret Weaver Dawson. She was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church of Sperryville and a former resident of Woodville and Sperryville.
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Daisy C. Foster of Hagerstown, three grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held November 10 at the Rest Haven Funeral Chapel in Hagerstown with the Rev. G. Bartow Harris conducting the service. Burial was in the Rest Haven Cemetery.
