Amissville Rescue Squad took Mrs. Victoria Corder from her home to Culpeper Memorial Hospital and returned home on December 24. H. W. Lehman was taken to Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton on the 27th.
The Amissville Squad responded t«* a traffic crash December 29 on Route 640 but its service was not used. January 5, T. W. Latham was taken from home to Culpeper and returned home.
Rappahannock Rescue Squad took Douglas Fairfax on December 23 to the Winchester Memorial Hospital.
On December 26 the Sperryville Rescue Squad took Mrs. Summie Jenkins from home to Culpeper Memorial Hospital. The Flint Hill Rescue Squad on December 25 took Comelious Fincham from his home in Sycamore Hollow to Winchester Memorial Hospital. On December 31, Gene Dearing was taken to Dr. Eastham’s office in Front Royal.
The Flint Hill Fire Company reported to a grass fire on Route 211 on December 27.
