If a parent is dissatisfied with the ruling of the school principal, he may make a request either orally or in writing for a hearing to appeal the decision. The request for appeal is to be made to the Superintendent of Schools. The hearing on appeals will be conducted in accordance with procedures outlined in the policy.
The policy also provides that there will be no discrimination or identification - of students unable to pay the full cost of a lunch.
