Trash problems are still with us and will be a major topic when the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors meets Thursday, today. The dumpster units near Huntly are surrounded by tree butts cut into chunks and deposited in that area. This was the scene several weeks ago and since then a festive holiday air has been applied with the addition of used Christmas trees. Maybe the county can go into the lumber or wood business.
