With a two-day extension on the school Christmas holiday because of the foot or more of snow which blanketed the east coast New Year’s Eve, three Chester Gap youngsters killed some time with a snowball battle. They are Wayne, Jeffrey and Berkley Williams, all of Chester Gap. School resumed on Wednesday after icy conditions prevented buses from traveling on the hilly county road the first of the week.
