Next Sunday, May 9th is Mother’s Day. On that day we think of mothers, I would like to say we honor mothers, but I’m afraid that some of us are lax in that respect. Maybe some mothers do not deserve respect, or honor if you please, but I think that when they do not receive honor from their children it is the fault of said children, That is, mostly. Last night I heard a famous actor, with a catch in his throat and tears in his eyes, tell of a time when his mother sang a song; that the world was a better place because of her singing.
